You can choose from multiple filters, and preview each of them while playing the video. It allows you to quickly fix errors without having to start the shooting from scratch. While making a video, you can delete certain sections too. While Vine permits you to shoot a 6-second video, Instagram gives you 15 seconds. Just like Vine, in order to shoot a video, you keep the button pressed and let go of it to stop shooting. With a second button on the home page, Instagram allows you to switch from photos to videos conveniently. The app lets you capture videos as easily as images. Instagram lets you share everything in just a couple of clicks. For better control, you can check out the adjustable Lux slider, add captions, or geo-tag images for better categorization. There’s an included slider that allows you to fine tune images. If you want to get the horizon right, use the auto-straightener with ease. It also has adjustable tilt-shift options. Instagram comes with a wide range of customized filters to give images black-and-white, retro, and grainy looks. You can also add effects, scale the image, and simply click ‘Done’ to share your memories with the world. Once you’ve logged in to the app, you can instantly click a photo anywhere, anytime. Instagram has decluttered the profile pages and galleries, ensuring your images always take center stage. Like the ‘Settings’ menu in Windows 10, all the icons have a line-drawn look. Sadly, the ‘Stories’ you upload are available only for a day. While Instagram was always the go-to app for sharing images, the ‘Stories’ feature combines videos and live-shot images for everyone to view. Twitter hasn’t released its Catalyst app yet, and Netflix has no plans to release one at all.Images, videos, stories, and more. It’s possible that macOS Catalina has unresolved issues that Apple isn’t talking about. Other developers are probably experiencing issues with their apps, too. I am currently working on a version which works around many of these issues but it has proven difficult as many of the issues are in Apple’s control and they have shown little to no movement in terms of fixing them. If Hazel is important to your workflow, I strongly recommend against upgrading to Catalina at this time. Unfortunately, it contains numerous bugs, unannounced changes and other issues which affect Hazel.
